Clinical Supervision for Residential Staff, Teachers, Foster Carers and Managers
Clinical supervision sits outside and augments line management supervision. It is a process to support and develop staff and managers. Chris holds the British Psychological Society Approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision and has many years’ experience of providing effective clinical supervision for residential staff.
Clinical supervision can improve the supervisee’s current practice repertoire. It can guide case conceptualization, problem solving and decision making, and is invaluable in developing reflective practice.
Providing external clinical supervision to key members of staff can be an important first step in developing truly therapeutic organizations, and an on-going method of watching out for the health of the organization and its staff.
Clinical supervision would usually be arranged for two hours. It is charged for at an hourly rate (plus travelling). Please make contact through the website to discuss arrangements.
